| 摘 要： | 资本的本性是增殖和扩张,而这一本性决定了资本的反生态性。在资本时代,资本不但是环境恶化和生态危机的主要原因,而且环境恶化和生态危机本身也被资本利用为获利的工具。在社会主义生态文明建设的进程中,国家和政府一定要警惕GDP主义的诱惑,积极发挥社会主义国家宏观调控的优势,加强对资本有效有力的监管,使资本在服务于社会主义经济建设的同时,也服务于社会主义生态文明建设。

| Abstract: | The nature of capital is proliferating and expanding,which determines capital’s anti-ecological nature.In the capital era,environmental deterioration and ecological crisis are mainly caused by capital,and meanwhile they both become the tool for capital to proliferate.During the course of socialist ecological civilization construction,in order to make capital serve socialist economic construction and ecological construction,the government should be on the alert for the lure of GDPism,bring macro-modulation into play and ensure the impactful supervision of capital. |
