| 摘 要： | 文化传承创新是上升为国家意志的中国大学之新使命。文化与现代大学制度有着深远的渊源,文化的传承与创新贯穿于西方现代大学制度演进的全过程。当前我国大学出现的诸多问题,表象为制度,实则有着深刻的文化动因。在完善现代大学制度建设的过程中,如何认识文化传承创新的新职能,以文化传承创新引领现代大学制度的建构与完善,既是当前高校应当重视的问题,也是中国特色现代大学制度完善题中应有之义。

| Abstract: | Cultural inheritance and innovation is the new mission of modern universities already raised up to national will.There is a profound and inherent connection between modern university system and culture,which undergoes the whole evolutionary process of modern university system in the West.Problems arising from Chinese universities can be apparently attributed to the system,but profoundly they should be studied from cultural motivation.In the process of perfecting modern university system construction,it is the key issue to be addressed by universities and the obligations in building modern universities with Chinese characteristics,as how to interpret the new functions of cultural inheritance and innovation,and how to lead the construction and perfection of university system with cultural inheritance and innovation. |
