| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展和进步，大学生对自我的要求不断提高，导致在理想与现实交碰的过程中，产生不可避免的挫败感。文章分别从高校教育、大学生自身、家庭氛围、社会环境四个方面提出大学生抗挫折教育的对策。
