| 摘 要： | 金代作为十二世纪初女真族建立的少数民族政权,其教育吸收汉民族教育模式,同时又极具民族特色。除了建有正规的汉、女真两大学校教育系统外,还有非正规的皇室教育形式,即对皇太子、皇子及皇室宗亲子弟的教育。其目的是通过教育将皇族宗室子弟培养成为德才兼备之人,以巩固女真政权。本文从金代太子师保傅教育,皇室教育方式、教育目的和教育内容等方面对金代皇室教育进行较为全面的论述。
