| 摘 要： | 在我国转型经济背景下,宏观层面、产业层面和组织层面的正式和非正式制度环境都显著区别于西方发达国家,因此,除了强调产业结构、企业资源条件的重要性之外,还应考虑转型经济中企业战略的特定制度背景,用一种新的以制度视角为基础的战略观点来解释中国企业多元化经营的特质,进而在对传统的结构—行为—绩效的战略研究范式改进的基础上,提出我国企业多元化研究的制度—行为—绩效范式的分析框架。即把制度因素作为内生性的变量,用整合的制度分析的观点来解释制度转型期企业战略行为及其变化。
