倡导法律平等 保障人权实现

在不同的历史时期,人们都在关注＂法律平等＂这一问题,如：中国古代流传＂王子犯法与庶民同罪＂,西方资产阶级针对封建专制又提出过＂权利平等＂,而我们现在宪法当中又明确规定＂中华人民共和国公民在法律面前一律平等＂,它不但是我们公民的一项基本权利,而且是我国社会主义法治建设的一项基本原则。那么,如何看待这一问题呢？像中国古代流传＂王子犯法与庶民同罪＂这样的说法,它能不能上升到法律的角度,资产阶级提出的权利平等原则,在当时具有一定的历史进步意义,但它是不是已完美无缺？还有我们现在虽然《宪法》中明确提出法律面前人人平等,但有时也会产生一些疑惑,人们又看到生活中有许多不平等的事情,这又会引发我们一些思考,法律平等是不是事实的平等？法律平等是不是绝对的平等？如果不是我们应该怎样去做？本文就围绕这些来分析和探讨有关法律平等及人权保护问题。
