| 摘 要： | 在世界范围内的教师教育改革和发展中 ,一些发达国家和地区实现了小学教师的本科化 ,并且有部分硕士、博士进入小学。一些发展中国家也相继开始提高小学教师的学历学识水平 ,小学教师本科化逐渐成为世界教师教育改革的共同趋势。本文从理论和实践上探讨本科小学教育专业建设的必要性问题 ,力图从整体上对小学教育专业提供建设思路和发展建议 ,促进小学教师队伍整体素质的提高。

| Abstract: | Within the reformation and development of teachers'education in the world,some developed countries and regions realize the standard of bachelors and what'more,part of masters and doctors enter into the elementary school.So,some developing countries begin to improve the level of the teachers'knowledge and ability.And the bachelor of the elementary school gradually becomes the common trend of the worldwide educational reformation.The essay analyses the inevitability of construction of the clementary major and offers the suggestion to the constructive method in order to improve the overall qualification of the elementary teachers. |
