“双一流”建设背景下高校改革发展对院校研究提出了迫切需求,为院校研究注入了强劲动力。院校研究发展面临高校管理制度的行政化倾向、组织模式混乱、机构定位不清、职责混乱、机构考核标准有失偏颇、研究人员专业水平层次不齐等问题。面对困境,推动院校研究要从院校研究的动力机制、组织架构、明确职责、建立机制、能力保障等方面入手,以助推“双一流”建设目标的实现。
