乡村振兴战略视域下农民社会主义核心价值观的培育论析

实施乡村振兴战略，是决胜全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大历史任务，是新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手。农民群众是实施乡村振兴战略的主力军。以社会主义核心价值观为引领，坚持精神文明和物质文明两手抓，提升农民群众精神风貌，才能激发农民群众参与乡村振兴的积极性、主动性和创造性，从而深入推进乡村振兴战略。应当承认，农民社会主义核心价值观的培育，不仅为乡村振兴提供了持久的精神动力和重要保障，而且也为乡村振兴提供了价值遵循，所以必须突破培育主体重视不够、培育客体动力不足、培育环体相对失衡的困境。对此，应通过发挥基层党组织和领导干部的引导作用、全方位提升农民的综合素质、优化社会环境等方法来应对。

On the Cultivation of Farmers' Core Socialist Values from the Strategic Perspective of Rural Vitalization

Implementing the strategy for rural revitalization is a major historical task for securing a decisive victory in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a modern socialist country in all respects.It is also the general starting point to do a good job in our work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.The peasants are the main force in implementing the rural revitalization strategy. Guided by the core socialist values, we should adhere to both cultural and material progress, and enhance the spiritual outlook of farmers. Only in this way can we stimulate their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity in participating in rural revitalization and so as to further advance the strategy for rural revitalization.Admittedly,the cultivation of farmers''core socialist values not only provides lasting spiritual power and important guarantee for rural revitalization, but also provides value compliance for rural revitalization.We must overcome the challenges of insufficient attention and insufficient motivation from the cultivation object and the relative imbalance of the cultivation environment. Therefore, we should give full play to the guiding role of grass-roots party organizations and leading cadres, comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of farmers, and optimize the social environment and other methods to cope with it.
