| Abstract: | Based on the attribute characteristics of human capital,the paper analyzed the investment risk of human capital faced by enterprises in the era of knowledge economy.It pointed ont that enterprises ought to estimate and analyze the investment risk scientifically and reasonablely,take corresponding precautionary countermeasures to improve the security of human capital investment when making decisions of human capital investment. |
