| 摘 要： | 工程主体在进行从造物和用物计划到计划实现的整个活动中体现其价值的存在。对工程主体价值的实现从个体和工程共同体两个层面加以考虑,并分析来自外在环境和自身因素的多种限制。从理论上重视对工程主题价值的实现及制约因素的研究,有益于实现工程主体与社会的良性互动机制,凸现工程主体应有的时代价值。

| Abstract: | The value of project subject exists in the whole process of project material design and project construction. The realization of the value should be considered from two aspects, one is from the perspective of the project itself, the other is from the perspective of the unity level. It is of significance to make theoretical studies of the project subject value and those restrictive factors affecting the realization of the value. |
