| Abstract: | Continuously insisting on harmony thought is the request of improving those un-harmonious aspects which the present development of Binhai New Area is facing.The harmony thought can direct the development of Binhai New Area to achievel the harmony of ecology system and economic development,the harmony of institution system and social development,the harmony of social progress and development of human being in an all-round way,thereby promoting the development and construction of Binhai New Area to reach perfect integration with the aim of constructing harmonious society. |
