| 摘 要： | 本文分析了构建民族高校和谐校园的意义,归纳了民族高校和谐校园的内涵和特征,并提出民族高校和谐校园建设的基本举措。指出如何建设一个各族师生员工各尽其能、各得其所而又和谐相处的校园,促进各族师生全面发展,为民族地区和整个社会的和谐发展提供智力支持和技术支持,是民族高校面临的全新课题。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an analysis of the significance of building a harmonious university for nationalities,summarizes the connotations and characteristics of the harmonious university and puts forward some measures to build a harmonious university.It is pointed out that how to build a university in which all staff and students bring their potentials into full play,live harmoniously,and develop in an all-round way so as to make contributions to the development of ethnic areas and whole society is a new topic. |
