| 摘 要： | 健康、安全、环保和发展 ,已经成为城市发展过程中的一项重要主题。在分析城市安全管理组织的基础上 ,提出了一种基于危机资源管理 (CrisisResourceManagement ,CRM )思想的城市安全应急网络建设策略 ,为有效地推动城市安全管理体系的建设奠定了理论基础。

Urban safety emergency network based on crisis resource management |

| Abstract: | Health, security, environment and development have become an important subject in the process of urban development. After analyzing the organization of urban safety management, this paper has proposed a strategy of building the urban safety emergency network based on the ideology of crisis resource management (CRM), laying a theoretic foundation for impulsing the urban safety management system building. |
