Research on Certain Questions about Bona Fide Chattel Acquisition

Much has been discussed among academic scholars about Bona Fide Chattel Acquisition, an important system of Real Right Law. However, there are still so many different viewpoints on certain questions that further research must be done on the occasion of working out the Real Right Law of PRC. This essay explores what merits exist in the system of Bona Fide Chattel Acquisition, whether Bona Fide Chattel Acquisition should be applied to the lost property and the stolen goods, what standard should be met for bona fide, and whether the assignee should make an actual payment for the chattel. Viewpoints of its own are presented in the essay on the above-stated questions.
