| 摘 要： | 西汉时期黄河曾多次泛滥,给人民生活带来灾难。黄河成灾的原因,既有自然的影响,亦有社会的因素。西汉政府多次组织治理黄河,从而保障了人民的生命财产,促进了社会的发展,也为后代治理黄河积累了宝贵的经验。

| Abstract: | The Yellow River was in flooded many times in Western Han Dynasty, it took people hard living. The natural and social effects causes The Yellow River disasters. So Western Han government had many times to governed the Yellow River very valid. Made the Yellow River for the economy and culture development in that time and accumulated valuable experience for posterity. |
