实现社会公平和正义,既是社会文明的核心价值取向,也是社会主义的题中应有之义;既是实现社会稳定与社会发展的重要基础,也是社会主义和谐社会的重要基石.当前我国社会公正与公平的问题日益凸现:贫富差距不断拉大,城乡差距不断拉大,地区差异日益扩大.我们要加强国家的再分配职能,建立有效的收入调节机制;大力推进社会保障制度建设,编织"社会安全网";坚持依法治国,充分发挥法治对实现社会公正的保障作用.

Social fairness is the core value orientation of social civilization,as well as the major cornerstone of a harmonious socialist society.At present,there are some prominent problems in social fairness in our country.The development gaps between urban and rural areas and between different regions are all too wide,and the income gap between some members of society are widening.To realize social fairness,we must establish an effective mechanism for income adjustment,promote the development of the social security system,and persist in governing the country by law.
