《雨巷》朦胧而不晦涩,“我”是一个梦的追寻者。忧郁的情调是基于对有限生命的自我意识、对感性存在有限性的超脱。丁香姑娘是诗人理想中的自我──超越现实的自我;是对未来的期冀;是对同路人的呼唤。丁香姑娘和“我”一样哀怨又彷徨,“彷徨”不仅仅意味着迷茫,更阐释了寻找出路的执着,还给处在彷徨之际的人们以走向光明的启示与勇气,让我们在深远的意义上去关切自身的生存的价值和意义。

On the literary mood of Rain Lane

Rain Lane is hazy but not gloomy, in which I am a dreamer and keep on pursuing dreams. Melancholy is based on self-consciousness of limited life and comprehension of limited perceptual existence. "Clove Girl" is the ideal self of poet who lives in his ideal, that is, self who transcends reality and represents the hope of the future, calling up colleagues. "Clove Girl" and I are deeply grieved and puzzled. "Puzzlement" not only means confusion, but also means persistence in seeking the way out as well. It gives enlightenment and encouragement of going to the bright world to people who are still puzzled; and it lets us go further to care about self-existent value and significance.
