| 摘 要： | 企业战略管理研究中以企业的利润、效率、行为、职能等为出发点的居多,对企业的生命周期演变及其可持续成长的研究重视不够。通过系统分析企业生命周期的演变规律,可以看到:只有通过企业变革才能实现企业的"蜕变"过程,获得可持续成长。战略重组是实现企业可持续成长的前提。组织转型是实现企业可持续成长的基石。文化创新是实现企业可持续成长的保证。

| Abstract: | In the research on corporate strategic management, greater attention is directed towards the profit, efficiency, behavior and functions of an enterprise rather than its life cycle and its sustainable development. A systematic analysis of the regular patterns of corporate life cycle indicates that only through its active innovation can an enterprise gain momentum for sustainable development. This paper argues that strategic restructuring, organizational realignment and corporate cultural innovation are essential to achieving the goal of sustainable development. |
