| 摘 要： | 美国三大财经杂志《财富》《商业周刊》和《福布斯》每年评选出的全球500和1000强企业名单排名大相径庭。究其原因,主要是由于它们在评选过程中所采取的方式和所参照的数据不同而引起的。研究名单背后的不同评选标准可以看出其中的权威性和缺陷。中国从2002年开始了自己的企业500强排行,须将三大全球企业排行榜的经验本土化,建成符合发展中国家企业排行模式。
