| Abstract: | Iraq is rich of oil and natural gas that attracts international enterprises heavily. After Iraq War, the U.S wants to monopolize Iraqi reconstruction market and the possibility is very small. Chinese enterprises should strengthen the contact with Iraqi surrounding countries and try to enter Iraqi market by indirect way. |
