国家战略视角的“三网融合”与广电业态变革

＂三网融合＂作为国家战略,除了基于电信业、广电业与互联网业业务融合发展的现实需要外,更深层次的原因在于我国所面临的严峻的网络安全环境,以及后金融危机时代国民经济增长点匮乏的难题。借助＂三网融合＂战略的实施,政府不仅希望建立起＂可信可管可控＂的新网络安全运行环境,同时也希望以此来带动国民经济建设方式的整体转型。在这一过程中,中国广电业不仅将接受有线网络布局重构的挑战,同时也将面临前所未有的业态更新。

Tri-networks Integration and Changes of the TV & Radio Industry under the Conditions of National Strategy

Tri-networks(telecommunications networks,cable TV networks and the Internet) integration,as a national strategy,basing on the operation structure adjustment of the telecommunication industry,the TV & radio industry and the Internet industry,meets the needs of industry development,and plays a great role in dissolving the problems of network safety,which has been a new economic growth point after the financial crisis.The Central Government hopes that a High-performance broadband information network can be set up in the process of the integration,as well as a safer net environment of credibility and controllability.It can also help form a new industry cluster and speed up the transformation of national economic increasing mode.The TV & radio industry patterns will face great challenges from re-allocation of cable network and unprecedented changes in the related industries.
