外资企业薪酬差异的实证分析——以韩国在华投资企业为例

摘    要:本文在建立薪酬函数模型的基础上,通过对韩国在华投资企业薪酬差异的实证分析,认为工龄、连续工龄、性别、学历、职务等劳动力供给方的因素和企业规模、行业特性、工会组建与否以及所有制形式等劳动力需求方的因素对外资企业薪酬差异具有显著影响,从而进一步揭示了外资企业薪酬差异的现状以及引起薪酬差异的内在因素,为分析我国企业的薪酬结构和薪酬决定机制提供了有价值的分析方法。

Abstract:Based on the compensation model and the empirical analysison compensation difference in Korea-invested enterprises in China,this research found that the characteristics of labor force, such astenure, sex, education and position, and the enterprises, such asorganizational size, industry, labor union and the ownership, made ansignificant influence on compensation difference. It showed thecompensation structure and its causal mechanism in foreign-investedenterprises, and provided a valuable analysis method for the researchin compensation field.
