| 摘 要： | 随着会计电算化的不断普及和发展,我国会计电算化已取得了可喜的业绩,但发展中的许多问题也同样引起我们的思考。文章对会计电算化发展中的管理、人员素质、人才、管理制度、会计软件等问题进行了深入分析,这对开展会计电算化工作具有重要的指导意义。
