| 摘 要： | 制度环境决定地区竞争的方式选择，同时，地区本身的制度环境状况在很大程度上决定了地区竞争的结果，因此，地区间竞争包含制度的竞争，而且，这种竞争也推动了制度的变迁。相反，制度环境的缺陷造成了地方政府间的不正当竞争，也是制度对竞争发生影响的重要方面。

| Abstract: | The institutional environment determines the way of the regional competition.Simultaneously,the institutional environment of a region determines the result of the regional competition to a large extent.Therefore,the regional competition includes the institutional competition,and it also promotes institutional changes.On the contrary,the defects of the institutional environment cause unfair competitions between governments,which are also the significant influence of institutions on competitions. |
