| 摘 要： | 本文应用灰色预测法中的GM(1,1)模型,对吉林省一般低温冷害和严重低温冷害进行预测,得出2005年吉林省东部将出现一次严重低温冷害年,2009年将出现一次全省一般低温冷害年的结论。为吉林省制定减灾、防灾和救灾的基本对策提供科学的依据。

| Abstract: | Through forecasting the ordinary and serious damage caused by low temperature in Jilin Province, with the model "Gm"(1,1) from the ambiguous forecasting method, the article has drawn a conclusion that in 2005 a very serious damage will be caused by low temperature in the northeast of Jilin Province, and in 2009, another damage will be caused by low temperature in the east of Jilin Province. Thus, it will provide a scientific basis for the disarter alleviation, relief and prevention in Jilin Province. |
