| Abstract: | Computer,communication and the cable television are three greatly arousing popular interest technology which are mutually permeated and blends. With the cable television networks,the construction of education scientific research networks does not need the huge amount investment again.It has characteristics such as wide bandwidth,the quick speed on the networks and coming into them conveniently ,and the technial force is ample, and so on, the information resources are souls of networks,and the development to the information resources should be emphasized seriously.Various data bases on the network should be established to make imformation on the network can be renewed in time,and be conveniently looked up. |
