| 摘 要： | 法律文化传播是各国了解及借鉴世界先进法律文化的前提,而政治、经济交往、法律移植及各种形式的学术交流是法律文化传播的主要途径.近百年来,学习、吸收西方法律文化,使中国刑法从传统走向现代,从人治走向法治.法律文化传播大大缩短了中国刑法的现代化进程,加强了中国与世界各国刑法之间的互相交流与融合,促进了中国刑法的国际化发展趋势.

| Abstract: | The legal culture dissemination is the premises of understanding and learning the advanced law culture of various countries.The political and economical contact,the legal transplant and all kinds of academic exchanges are the main way to spread legal culture.In recent centuries,after studying and absorbing the western law culture,Chinese criminal law changes from tradition to modern one,and from be governed of man to of law.The legal culture dissemination greatly shortens the Chinese criminal law modernized process,strengthens the criminal law exchanges and the fusion between China and other countries,and promotes the Chinese criminal law internationalization development. |
