| 摘 要： | 高技术产业是当今社会的主导产业群体,它们的发展,不仅自身对于经济的发展有重要拉动作用,而且也带来了传统技术产业的更新发展与改造,并且高技术的发展,在很大程度上也需要以传统技术产业为基础,才能够对社会的发展产生重大影响.从技术史的角度,对比分析了高技术与传统技术之间的四个方面的差异,提出了高技术概念的内涵是知识体系的高度聚集、技术体系的高度整合、技术网络的高度协同以及对社会影响的高度渗透.

| Abstract: | High-tech industry has become the leading industrial interests nowadays. Its development not only plays an important role in economic development but also updates step by step the traditional technologies and industries. Besides, to a great extent, the development of high technologies is usually based on traditional technologies/industries so as to impact the growth of society effectively. In view of the history of technological development, the high technologies in comparison with traditional ones show the four discrepancies between their connotations, i.e., the high technologies aggregate various knowledge systems, integrate various technical systems, coordinate efficiently technical networks and permeate deeply its social effect. |
