| 摘 要： | 现代教育管理最显著特点之一就是保障教育民主化发展的法制化.我国教育法制化起步较晚,与发达国家相比有着显著发展差距,而发达国家教育法制化进程中的许多经验值得我们借鉴,特别是在教育体制、社会影响力、时间与落实以及教育法律体系建设等方面给予我们很多启示.

| Abstract: | One of the most significant features of modern education management is to protect the legalization in the democratization of education.Education legalization in China started late,and it has fallen far behind as compared to the developed countries.Much can be learned from the developed countries in the course of education legalization, especially in the areas such as education system,social impact,time and practice and the construction of educational law system. |
