| 摘 要： | 企业风险预警系统的构建是企业防范风险的重要手段。文章指出了建立企业风险预警系统对风险控制对象的选择,并提出建立风险预警系统的四项原则,对预警系统应做的前期工作、指标体系设立、方法的选择、临界值的确定等都进行了论述。
