| 摘 要： | 中国古代人事回避制度,创立于两汉,成熟于唐宋,完备于明清。其基本内容包括:亲族回避、地区回避、职务回避、科考回避。研究中国古代人事回避制度,吸取其中合理有用的因素,古为今用,对完善当代公务员回避制度具有一定的现实意义。
