| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会进步和市场经济的不断完善, 高校和企业一样,也应当从管理重组中求生存、谋发展。本文分析了高校管理重组的一般理论: X效率理论、知识存量论和交易费用论, 并基于此, 提出了高校管理重组的一些办法。
