| 摘 要： | 政府在社会主义市场经济中如何定位一直是理论界争论的焦点之一。通过对市场与政府的关系分析,指出在中国市场和政府结合的最佳途径是以市场为基础,将政府职能转化为以建设公共服务型为重点。

| Abstract: | The problem of the position of the government in socialist market economy has always been the focus in theoretic field. The relationship between market and government is analyzed and it is pointed out that the best way the market associates with the government is to transform the function of the government into the one emphasizing public service on the basis of market. |
