Application of the Concept of Population's Early Education in Population and Family Planning Work

The initiation and implementation of the Project of "Early Education and Only Child Training Examplary Section of Chinese Population" fits in with the requirements of new models of population and family planning work,in that it not only stabilizes a low birth rate,but also improves the quality of newly born babies.The project has been implemented in a new mindset through the public service platforms provided by the government: The human-oriented style is followed by incorporating population and family planning work into the overall deployment to improve people's livelihood so as to provide the broad masses with high quality services in the aspects of love and marriage,pregnancy and reproduction as well as cultivation and education,which caters for the psychology of people to long for healthy and bright babies;the educational discontinuity between eugenical screening & birth defect intervention and the age of three to six is connected;the project is for all babies to provide them with equal rights to shaping their own lives from the very start.The concept of population's early education and only child training is specific to the population and family planning system with noticeable epochal and industrial features.A full series of implementation schemes endowed with distinct project roles are in place from concept promotion through content design to target group intervention.
