| Abstract: | Based on the survey of 8 universities in Shaanxi province about the situation of school-based training of college counselors,a detailed analysis focuses on the problems existing in the school-based training of college counselors. And then some measures to improve professional competence and perfect the school-based training of college counselors are put forward from some aspects like concept,system,content,methods and evaluation. |
