我国农村剩余劳动力转移的途径及面临的困境

我国农村剩余劳动力的数量较大,主要转向大中城市、小城镇、农村二、三产业和深层次农业。转移过程中面临的困境既有剩余劳动力自身的因素,也有城市就业压力大、城市化进程缓慢、“小城镇病”等外部因素。
