硅酸盐菌剂的解钾作用及田间施用效果研究

摘    要:通过田间试验及摇瓶实验研究了硅酸盐菌剂的解钾作用以及对作物的增高增产效应。结果表明:田间试验中,硅酸盐菌剂使大豆产量比对照增产16.85%。在摇瓶培养条件下,硅酸盐细菌能通过破坏钾长石的晶格结构,使矿物中的钾释放出来,其含量比对照增加23%左右。

Abstract:Potassium release from soil and yield increase of crops by silicate bacterium were studied by field and shake flask experiments.The results showed that yield of soja was increased by 16.85 % compared to controls in field experiment.Under shake flask study , the structure of feldspar was decomposed that the K content in fermented fluid of silicate bacterium was in creased by23%.
