本文探讨了发展中国家作为发展中大国在引进国际直接投资(FDI)的价值取向问题。在引进FDI时,发展中国家应当重视产业的可持续性、市场的可持续性和技术的可持续性发展,努力使引进FDI的增长效应大于由此产生的代价;技术能否发展是评价引进FDI的长期效应的关键,而强化发展中国家自身的能力结构,既是大规模引进跨国公司投资的基础,又是提高利用FDI质量的基本条件。

The Value Orientation in Using FDI by the Developing Countries

This paper discusses the problems concerning the value orientation in using FDI by the developing countries. In this process, the developing countries should pay attention to the sustainable development of the market, industry and technology and try to obtain more profit with less cost. The technological development is the key to evaluating the long-term rewards of FDI while the strengthening of the capacity structure of the developing countries is the foundation for inviting large-scale investment by international companies and the basic condition for optimizing FDI.
