我国非政府组织:检视、批评与超越

20世纪80年代以来,我国经济和政治的改革与发展引起了权力的转移和社会结构的变迁,随着经济和社会领域权力的逐渐生长,非政府组织应运而生。非政府组织在我国的出现,既是对20世纪70年代以来西方社会治理理论的回应,也是我国市民社会成长发育的必然结果。目前,我国非政府组织还处于弱势生存期。因此,在社会转型加剧和社会问题丛生的背景下,在从国家中心主义迈向福利多元主义的路途中,检视非政府组织在我国的成长发育,客观地评估其作为与局限,积极探寻其发展思路与建议,对于我们正确理解国家能力建构和市民社会发育之间的关系、实现我国非政府组织发展的超越大有裨益。

Our State''''s Non-government Organization:Examining,Review & Surmount

Since 80's in 20 centuries,the reform and development in economic and political caused a common power' shift and the society construction' change,along with the gradual growth of economic and social realm' power,non-government organization emerges with the tide of the times.non-government organization emergence in our state,it is not only a response to the Governance theory in western society since 70's on one hand,but also an inevitable outcome that our citizenry's society has been growing up on the other hand.But,non-government organization in our state still is in a small and weak developpment period nowadays.Therefore,under the background of the society transformation accelerating and the social problem overgrowing,to inspect non-government organization' growth in our state,and evaluate its conducts as well as shortcomings objectively and furthermore explores it' developpment route actively is of great benefit for us.
