通信企业基于科学发展观的人才战略研究

摘    要:科学发展观是党中央提出的全面建设小康社会和实现现代化的根本指导方针。通信企业如何用科学发展观来指导自身的人才战略,是其发展的根本所在。结合通信企业的特点、当前人才状况,剖析了其人才战略的含义,提出了相应的发展战略。

Abstract:Scientific view of development is the fundamental guideline for building well-off society and achieving modernization.How to use scientific view of development to guide the talent strategy is the fundament of communication enterprise's development.Based on the characteristics of communication enterprises and the status of talents,this paper analyzed the signification of their talent strategy and proposed the relevant development strategy.
