北京社区居民的消费行为研究

摘    要:文章利用2005年4月对北京市部分居民的消费行为问卷的调查结果,通过OLS多元回归分析发现:对比传统单位大院和新型商品房设区,在以前海北沿小区为代表的北京胡同社区中,对于“居民近一个月内到北京市商业中心购物、娱乐、就餐的次数”,居民年龄对其有显著负的影响,居民收入对其有显著正的影响;对于“居民每次去市商业中心购物、娱乐、就餐的平均花费”,居民性别对其有显著正的影响,居民婚姻状况对其有显著负的影响,居民消费的交通时间对其有显著负的影响。这些都表明北京胡同社区居民的消费行为具有非常明显的传统特征。

Abstract:Based a paper survey of the consumer behavior of the residents in some of the Beijing communities,this thesis uses multiple regression analysis and gets the result that compared with the cases of traditional unit yard community and new commercial residential community,the age of the residents in traditional hutong communities such as Qianhai Beiyan Community has a strong negative impact on the residents' consumption frequency,while income has a positive impact on it;Whereas on the average consumption expenditure of residents,the transportation time has a strong negative impact,sex and marriage also have strong impact on it.The analysis leads to the conclusion that the consumer behavior of the residents in Beijing hutong communities bears very traditional characteristic compared to that of the relatively modern communities.
