| 摘 要： | 东北老工业基地振兴正处于战略起步的关键时期。科学合理有效地利用国际直接投资,弥补资金缺口,缓减就业压力,拉动国民经济增长,推动和加快老工业基地的调整和改造,具有重要的紧迫性。本文在分析我国利用国际直接投资现存问题的基础上,提出了振兴东北老工业基地利用国际直接投资应采取的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Flourishing the old industry base of the north-east is in a key time of strategic beginning now. It is urgent to quicken the adjustment and transformation of the north-east old industry base by taking advantage of international direct investment which can finance a gap, and lighten the pressure of employment , and draw economic growth .This article put forward some countermeasures and suggestions which should be taken for developing old industrial base of north-east. |
