高校图书馆服务质量管理的现状及对策

摘    要:知识管理与现代信息技术的应用,促进了图书馆管理模式的变革。分析了服务质量管理模式的现状及转变的必然性,并从思想理念、制度、运行方式三方面探讨了服务质量管理模式构建的理论与实践方法,指出只有改进管理模式才能真正提高服务质量,促进图书馆事业的可持续发展。

Abstract:The application of knowledge management and modern information technology has promoted the reform of library management mode.This paper points out the status quo of service quality management mode and its necessity of transformation,and discusses the theoretical and practical method of constructing service quality management mode from the idea,system and operation mode.And the paper proposes that only improving the management mode,the service quality could be enhanced,and the sustainable development of library could be promoted.
