Under the guide of women's policy of the Party, the enthusiasm of women's political participation of base area runs high unprecedentedly during the war of resistance. They joined in this long-drawn-out war through joining various women's organizations, such as participating in the election, in political affairs, in production and reform activities. The forms of women's political participation in base area advance women to have valuable experiences in participating in government and political affairs today. The Party and government should pay close attention to women's role in the construction; fully understand the requirement of women of different levels; train and choose women cadres and improve women's knowledge level.
