| 摘 要： | 中国的城市轨道交通已开始新一轮的建设高潮.此时更应充分重视各项目的可持续发展评价,以确保轨道交通项目的健康发展.城市轨道交通可持续发展的内涵包括广大民众的接受性、环境生态的兼容性和经济效益的合理性.在已有研究文献基础上,结合相关领域专家意见和国内城市轨道交通项目的具体情况,城市轨道交通可持续发展评价指标体系包括以下8个指标:咨询规划的合理性、整体设计的科学性、运营管理的连贯性、消费者效用、环境影响后评价、经济分析、公众参与程度.作为公共基础设施项目,为弥补政府公共决策在该领域的不足.在城市轨道交通项目的各个阶段都应鼓励公众,特别是非政府组织的广泛参与.
