测量介电常数的平行圆板样品室研究

摘    要:在频率范围20MHz到200MHz,用于测量有耗物质的电导率和介电常数的平行圆板样品室可依据准静态近似理论来分析。分析指出:在高频情况下,静态解用来解释数据是不够精确的。当在零阶静态解上加以高阶解后,情况得以改善。对于低损耗物质,两种方法都给出准确的解答。本文给出了实验结果。

Abstract:The parallel-disk sample holder used to measure the conductivity and the dielectric permittivity of dissipative materials in the frequency range of 20 MHz to 200 MHz is studied in terms of quasistatic approximation. It is shown that the static solution is not accurate enough to interpret data at high frequencies. When higher-order correction terms are added to the zeroth-order static solution, the interpretation of the data is improved. For measuring very low dissipative materials, two methods are accurate. The experimental results are given in the paper.
