| Abstract: | Clinical legal education is one of the effective educational methods in the teaching system of training Juris masters in western countries,especially in the United States.There are similar functions between the clinical legal system and the training system of Juris master in China.The educational system of Juris master can borrow many things from the system of clinical legal education. |
