| Abstract: | On the basis of present disposing situation,the five principles and two laws of procuratorial rights,the correct route of disposing procuratorial rights will be chosen.It is necessary to widen procuratorial rights to make up the supervising deficiency,improve procuratorial rights to solve the problem of invalid supervision and transfer procuratorial rights to prevent against supervising surplus. |
