党委与校长、行政权力与学术权力、教学型教师与科研型教师、学校与学院、学校与学生的五大关系 ,是影响高校管理系统健康运转的主要矛盾 ,处理好这五大关系的关键是要有现代的教育管理理念 ,要建立先进的管理制度 ,并确立学生的主体地位 ,提高各部门的服务意识。

On the Five Relations of the Internal Management in Higher Education Institutes

The five relations,which are the relations between Party Committee and the president,the adiministration power and the academic power,the teacher of teaching type and the teacher of the research type,the university and the college,the college and the student,are the principal contradiction which affect the sound development of the management system.To conduct well the five relations,the key is to establish a modern management idea of education and the moderm management system,to set up a subjective position of the student,and to improve the service ideas of the department.
